Mary Cullen is the Principal of Cullen & Co. Solicitors and holds a degree of B.C.L. and L.L.M from UCD.
Mary was admitted as a solicitor to the Law Society in 1977 and subsequently established the firm of Cullen & Co. in 1985 in the Inchicore area as a General Practice with particular emphasis on the area of Private Client.
Mary heads up the Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Section of the practice which deals with residential sales and purchases of houses, lands and apartments.
Mary also has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of Employment and Industrial Relations Law. The service includes advising clients, both employers and employees, on terms of contracts, grievance procedures, staff handbooks and disciplinary procedures. The firm also provides representation at all employment law fora to include the Rights Commissioner Service, the Employment Appeals Tribunal and The Labour Court.
